The inclusive development forum in Dubai in 2015 held on 11th and 12th October ended today, and international speakers and government team participated.
This organization that I served for the community happened that was established by my undergraduate professor Jan Douwe van der Ploeg, a famous farmer expert. In 1992, shortly after I completed my community service, we met each other by bus. He asked me what I was doing and said that I am looking for work. He said, "I work with us." A week later I worked with him and I did not plan anything. I have the privilege to work with him till 2005. Professor van der Plog has a lot of international connections, so I am working with the British and Brazilian leaders. For example, in 2002, in collaboration with Terry Masden of Cardiff in Wales I wrote the first academic paper on "short food supply chain". Many people said this article is predicting the local food movement. Through the Eduardo Sevilla-Guzman research team in Córdoba, Spain, I contacted the agricultural ecology network. This network has just begun to gather international attention.
I have done a job recently, so I have a little more time. By doing this, I would like to concentrate on contributing to my community. At that time, I was doing a lot of research on raw garbage, but since I wanted to solve this problem in my community, it became a logical meaning of the hero of garbage trash. I talked to a local bakery, but I found that there is surplus money they agreed to share. About 6 pm I bought pastries from a local supermarket and a batch of fruits and vegetables and a local bakery. There are about 30 to 40 individual pastry gifts every day, but this is strange! We ate traditional Middle Eastern pastries such as bagels, croissants and pizza. After listing good things on the app, people send me a message and pick up food at night.
