My Classroom Management Plan

I have heard that many beginner teachers, classroom management may be one of the most challenging aspects of their new career. Knowing this, I decided to try many classroom management methods in student education to find a way for me and my students. Based on these experiences I designed a classroom management plan to run as a classroom junior teacher.
