Food is what we need to survive, but it is often more than food. Food is a way to connect with our tradition, to celebrate memories, to remember. Some foods regain memories of one thousand, others simply repel. Whether it is cinnamon bread or chocolate cake, we have our favorite food. When someone asks us to explain ourselves, my favorite food is used to explain who we are. Food can change bad days and food can be a highlight of your day.
According to my food diary, I can see that most of my food is produced in Canada. This is probably because my diet is not very diverse, mainly because it processes fast food. In my opinion people 's meals depend on their lifestyle. It depends on whether you are doing work, going to school, having time to cook, or having a meal in the microwave only for 5 minutes. It also depends on their health preferences; some people may not want to eat processed fast food everyday, but others do not mind

Sometimes it is impossible to remove candy (or chip, or what you indulge in the environment) for various reasons, but absolutely avoid doing everything without an excuse.
Eating organic food is a personal choice. People choose organic food for various reasons. Either organic or non-organic foods, you can eat healthy. Choose lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, red meat, low fat dairy products, beans and eggs. Plan food and snacks using the Canadian Food Guide
