My Challenges as a Systems Engineer at Salesforce.com

My first project is that I am part of Intel (client) 's large maintenance program and support multiple middleware services implemented with technologies like SAP - XI, TIBCO, Web Method 2, BizTalk etc I request it. My job is to monitor applications, gateways, servers, ticket management, bug fixes, promotion to production. With direct customer interaction, I learned how to organize, automate and synchronize support services, and finally, how to build customer loyalty.

My interest and success in the embedded system has given me the opportunity to work as a software engineer at Robert Bosch (car company) in India. I am working on difficult embedded system projects such as developing a system that reduces engine idling by reducing fuel consumption and emissions by automatically stopping and restarting the internal combustion engine. On the one hand, learning something new in the work environment and solving these problems is very satisfying. On the other hand, my desire to learn more about embedded systems and further improve my skills increases. Therefore, after working for three years in Bosch, I decided to acquire my master's degree in embedded systems. University of Pennsylvania is one of the few universities in the USA and has a degree in this field.

In my career, I have learned new challenges and have worked enthusiastically, so I decided to do another thing and participate in the startup. In 2011, I joined Airbnb with 60 employees and fewer than 10 engineers. I am the first payment engineer. For over six years, I have built a number of systems and functions to grow them. I will grow into a leader in cooperation with the company. When we moved from eight engineers to 800 engineers, I hired and guided hundreds of engineers, led a new team and achieved a leadership level in all payment engineering. I am known for the operation of small boats and the initiative of large scale projects. I have made my own payment culture within the company's broader culture. The team led by me has advanced team engagement, a sound diversity profile, the latest system architecture, and has always had a strong influence on businesses and communities. In my role I am very happy and always challenging. So what has changed, why should I return to Canada?
