Early in 2013, I published a list "Thank you" to my blog, but since it is open every year, it is very exciting to share and listen to your opinion. Thank you very much. Please attach the Thanksgiving diary and list the 10 things you appreciate every day. I look back on these blessings and thank you from the bottom of my heart. For example, you can list the following: My health, my family, my work, my economic stability, my beautiful dog, outside weather, my good mood, fresh wind, I appreciate life's ability to record every day If it can not (it will take about 5-10 minutes, that is it) practice mindfulness. Look around and pay attention to everything small, seemingly meaningless as you normally do for granted. Thank you for their existence, and you can enjoy them now
With gratitude, I decided to open some entries in Thanksgiving diary. My goal is to create a list of things that are not merely for me. And many other people will be grateful. While reading this list, think about how many of these blessings you have experienced in your life. I guess it will be two orders of magnitude better!
