Music Listening Journals (5 points each)

Students of the choir are expected to complete the 10 points "external learning opportunities". One way to achieve this is the listening journal. If done thoroughly and thoughtfully, each listening journal is worth 5 points!

Please listen to music and fill in the journal of this page. This quarter requires four times this work. Each of the four must come from a different kind of music (see the list below or bulletin board for suggestions). I always liked music. I am sleeping at the age of 5 and remember listening to music on a small AM transistor radio next to my bed. In high school, I like to listen to an avant-garde rock FM station such as WNEW in New York late at night. At my college second grade, my roommate Brian had an incredible stereo - JBL 100 speaker with orange grill, Dynaco stereo 400 amps, TEAC reel cassette, and Thorens turntable. I have a good record collection, this combination is to listen to great music all the year round. There are many wealthy children from Long Island in Syracuse 's 20 - story dorm, but no one has better music than our room.

My father started music in the room at 5 o'clock, so I listen to spiritual music every morning. When I got help by listening to music, he cared about me and became happy.
