Music in Generations

Over the years, all music has changed dramatically. Each generation has several specific songs that define this generation. Each song has different lyrics to explain the feelings of the artist. Songs connect with everyone in various ways. The song lyrics are the reason that music is wonderful. Each song teaches life lessons or touches someone by touching your heart. For all generations there is music that influences the world by motivating people to do specific things and define personality.

Due to hostile political situation, technological progress, and dramatic change in style, the music of the 20th century has undergone a major change. Many composers are aiming to further develop the music of the generation, respond to existing music tendencies, and create exciting new forms and styles. Music was greatly influenced by the great political affairs that shocked Europe in the mid-20th century. In particular, Shostakovich was persecuted by the Soviet regime, as the reason for it was believed that his music was "modern" or elitistic too. Small work is in his own voice. Holocaust, Hiroshima, and World War II have convinced many post-war composers that they need to find a more progressive approach behind the past. John Cage

Recently, music experiments were held at Plymouth College. Our goal is to create a new kind of music that combines healthy musician music and people with disabilities and people with Brain Computer Music Interface Technology (BCMI). The string quartet and the BCMI quartet are combined as an orchestra, and music is made together. Participants and viewers think this is a deep experience.
