Muscle strength and endurance are two important parts of body movement, lifting items and doing daily activities. Muscle strength refers to the strength you can stretch or the weight you can lift. Endurance of muscle means the number of times you can move your weight without getting tired (very tired).

There are many ways to improve muscular strength and endurance. If you are interested in resistance training (also called strength training, weight training, weight lifting) you can go to the gym or fitness center. This includes strengthening strength and strength by resisting muscle and muscle groups tolerance.

Muscle strength and endurance are one of the factors related to health health (ACSM, 2003). McManis, Baumgartner, and Wuest (2000) mention that muscle strength and endurance levels influence the ability of individuals to perform everyday functions and various physical activities throughout the life cycle. There are five health-related fitness areas. They have cardiac endurance or cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition. Cardiopulmonary endurance or cardiovascular endurance is the ability to exercise the entire body for a long time. To supply oxygen to the body, you need a strong heart, a healthy lung, and a transparent blood vessel. Activities to improve regional fitness include running, swimming, aerobics dance and so on. People must continue to work for at least 20 minutes in the target heart rate zone. Endurance / cardiovascular activity should be at least 3 days per week. Every other day is desirable. Muscle endurance is a combination of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. It measures how long a muscle can get over before fatigue. Muscle strength refers to how long a muscle contracts with a light load. To test the endurance of your muscles, pick up 3 pounds before you can lift your arms and see how many times you can press them on your head please. Another way to improve muscle endurance is to do cardiovascular exercise, such as flying stairs or cycling.
