In 2007, the revolt group including the Democratic Forces Solidarity Alliance, the Republic Alliance, the Patriot Alliance for justice and peace formed an organization called the Warner. On 15th March 2013, Celeca occupied Bangi, the capital of Central African Republic, and killed members of the Peacekeeping Army (Tognini). Believing that President François Bozise resumed the peace agreement, Celeca banished him and he fled to Cameroon (Karimi).
