Multitheoretical Assessment of an Alcoholic

The focus of this profile is a 27-year-old African American male with severe alcohol addiction. To protect the confidentiality of my clients, in this article we call him Johnathan. Jonathan has a five year old daughter. This girl also suffers from the result of his father's behavior. Before the interview, I explained to Jonathan that what he shared with me was completely secret.
