At first glance the multi-ethnic student, the room of the new Angela Corbett looks a bit confused. On one wall there is a black leopard poster and on the other side there is the national flag of Nicaragua You can see a goblin full of goblins. During lunch, she enjoys soul food and eats from the southern border. There may be people with various cultural backgrounds around her, she did not ask her friends. It may seem confusing, but it is not an example of an identity crisis but a reflection of various cultures that may be present in people.
Although this is not an easy task, it is an important step to promote the success of multiethnic students and to participate in the university campus. As more and more multinational students enter the universities nationwide, we are responsible for creating a warm campus atmosphere. At this intersection, the benefits of a racially diverse society need to recognize the history of tension in the American racial relationship and move forward in a new direction while striving hard to build people. Maximize future development and possibilities
Supporting the development of multinational students in the age of students is a priority that the university must understand and recognize. One aspect of helping multiethnic students complete this process is to create a space on campus that allows multiethnic students to acquire their own identity without explaining. Museus et al. , 2015; Perkins, 2014). If multi-ethnic students continue to face the challenges of defining identity, there is the possibility of great influence such as abandonment of curriculum, withdrawal from organization, avoidance of fellows (Kellogg & Liddell, 2012). Therefore it is necessary to create a space where student affairs experts can help verify the experiences of multi-ethnic students (Garbarini-Philippe, 2010).
