Can not offer asylum? I'd like to take an animal, but are not you ready to adopt it? You can help protect animals at comfortable homes!

Bottled baby - We have not received a lot of kittens (rarely puppies). This will take time, but it is a very challenging task.

Puppies / kittens - until they are large enough to perform surgery so that they can get some basic training and social skills

A mother with a baby - a mother needs a quiet care facility to take care of a kitty and a puppy, relax and nurture a child. All bottle babies are much less happy with work!

Medicine - Animals suffering from colds, wound healing, bone fractures, surgical recovery, etc. need foster parents to recover at evacuation centers

Socialization - Many animals are scared in evacuation environments. Slow and positive reinforcement of foster parents made them successful in their family adoption.

Breathing - Animals living in evacuation centers for long periods sometimes require short breaks and gain many benefits from foster care time.

Hospice care - Sometimes elderly dogs and cats came to MCAS and their quality of life is still relatively good, but due to medical problems (kidney failure, FeLV, etc.) it is rare to live long. These animals are placed on special hospice foster care providers and provide medical services until their time comes.

Volunteers are usually located in the evacuation shelter from 7 am to 8 pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month (see date of the event calendar). You do not need to register, it just appears! You will receive the request link in that direction. I am looking forward to seeing you.
