For many people, "work" is a good thing. For some people, it may be described as a place to escape from children, or even as a single person or as a spending time for retirement, but most importantly, this makes us to support the family It is that. In our life, work is what we all experience. There are several reasons why people go to work. These reasons can be interpreted better as "work motivation". Work motivation can be defined as an inner strength that we want to work and to work more to achieve personal or organizational goals (George & Jones, 2005).

In 1959, Frederick Herzberg issued "Work Motivation", Frenick Herzberg, Bernard Mausner, and Barbara Bloch Snyderman, "New Brunswick, NJ: Transaction Publishers, 1993". It describes his research to determine which aspect of the work environment is causing satisfaction or dissatisfaction. He interviewed and asked the employees to be satisfied and dissatisfied with their work. From his research, he developed a motivational theory to motivate to explain these results.

This literature research is trying to study how work motivation affects work outcomes within an organization. Work motivation can be divided into two types of motivation: intrinsic motivation and external motivation. The endogenous motive is the motivation from the insider, the external motive is the motive of the material goal. There are many aspects that can influence and motivate motivation for work within the organization. In this study, benefits, pleasure, wages, and power can affect the motivation of employees. When administrator wants to measure motivation, "self-declaration" can be used over time. After a while, the manager can compare two points with each other.

Administrators need to have an accurate understanding of the motivation of each employee in the company. Some are moved by money and welfare, some are motivated by praise, and motives of work-life balance of others. As a manager, you must assess the responsibilities and potential motives of each employee. In employee analysis, it is necessary to talk with each employee individually and discuss work related desires. Most employees are grateful for the serious concern for the manager's life. One of the best things you can do as a boss to motivate employees is to lead examples. If you tend to be lazy, tend to be late, or your temper will tend to break, you may get the same action from your employees.
