The purpose of this paper is to discuss topics and motivations by conducting detailed literature reviews, explaining the results of motivational self-assessment tests and analyzing case studies related to motivation. This article is divided into three major sections, the first section explains important concepts of motivation by various researchers such as Ryan (1995) and Herzberg (1996). Second, the analysis of the results of personal motivation survey shows my work behavior and is supported by the literature described in the first section.
