First of all, in this article we will explore how various aspects of expectation theory and goal theory explain motives of the workplace. To understand the deeper meaning of motivation, Bloom and Rock carefully designed these theories. This analysis includes not only the concept of juxtaposition but also similarities of philosophy established by academia. These models are called motivation process theory, and because the two models are all responsible for decision-making, we emphasize the direct relevance of both models.

In 1959, Frederick Herzberg issued "Work Motivation", Frenick Herzberg, Bernard Mausner, and Barbara Bloch Snyderman, "New Brunswick, NJ: Transaction Publishers, 1993". It describes his research to determine which aspect of the work environment is causing satisfaction or dissatisfaction. He interviewed and asked the employees to be satisfied and dissatisfied with their work. From his research, he developed a motivational theory to motivate to explain these results.

As a manager, you must assess the responsibilities and potential motives of each employee. In employee analysis, it is necessary to talk with each employee individually and discuss work related desires. Most employees are grateful for the serious concern for the manager's life. One of the best things you can do as a boss to motivate employees is to lead examples. If you tend to be lazy, tend to be late, or your temper will tend to break, you may get the same action from your employees. If you want to motivate employees to pursue superior responsibilities, please follow the way you want them to behave. Talk in good faith, express respect and give praise in the right place
