Motivation and leadership are inherently interrelated. Because people can do it easily in other processes. If we can not influence the motivating factors of the followers by using the interactions of the leaders, the leader will stagnate and will not be able to satisfy all the conditions necessary for real change. Unless there is a group of active supporters (ie based on Rost (1993)), leaders will be in trouble rather than achieving excellence, as there is less Lostonian terminology.
