There are many studies on important roles of motivation in learning and factors influencing motivation. However, in face-to-face educational environments, it is very easy to ignore incentives as students capture the audience. Motivation is a collection of factors that influence what people do and how much time and effort they spend. There are two forms of motivation, inside and outside. These forms represent the origin of motivation. The intrinsic motivation exists in one person and the external motive comes from an external or external source. Exogenous motives include motivational stimuli from outside the individual. These stimuli take the form of concrete rewards such as commissions, bonuses, raises, promotions, and additional working hours. For example, if there is extra work for an employee, that employee can earn enough reward if there is extra work on the job. Externally motivated people may also value internal compensation, but only when external compensation is enough.

Motivation is often associated with push-pull factors that affect visitor behavior. Promotion factors are psychosocial visitor contracts that influence attractions and motivation to visit destinations (peace, loneliness, new experience, etc.). Pull factor is the quality of setting that attracts them to attractive or specific destinations. At the beginning of exploratory research on the motivation for vacation travel, several fundamental motivational aspects such as social psychology, fame, culture, society, education, and interests were identified. The following research simplifies the four main areas: climate or environment, relaxation or escape, risk, and the number of personal motivations.
