Motivation is an important concept essential for understanding and improving the behavior and performance of the organization. Therefore, it is important for administrators to understand motivation. This is an important tool that can be used to gain more information from employees and improve the performance of the organization. Motivation can be defined as internal and external factors motivating individual desires and commitment to work (Mele, 2005, p. 15). Meanwhile, the achievement of the organization represents how much the goal of the organization has been achieved.

The ability to perform jobs refers to the ability to perform the duties described in the personal job description, but organizational citizenship actions include more discretionary actions. Organization citizenship (OCB) is a voluntary action by employees to help others and benefit the organization. This is an example of citizen's behavior, which will help new colleagues understand the company and provide advice to management on how to voluntarily organize company picnics and improve business processes. These actions are useful for smooth operation of the project.

An important goal in the field of organizational behavior is to understand why people are doing this. What is the behavior we are mentioning here? We will focus on the actions of four important jobs: job performance, citizenship behavior of the organization, absence and separation. Please note that the first two actions are ideal behavior and the other two actions are generally considered undesirable. These four are not the only actions of the organization's behavior, but if you understand the meaning of these actions and the main influence on each action, you can analyze other actions in the workplace more clearly.

At the level of personal analysis, organizational behavior includes learning, perception, creativity, motivation, character, mobility, task performance, cooperative behavior, deviant behavior, moral and cognitive research. In this level of analysis, the behavior of the organization is highly dependent on psychology, engineering, and medicine. For example, on Google, Google is looking for people with the best academic and analytical skills. Through this, they are expecting a knowledge organization. People from such a background will naturally bring about the culture of learning. There is no need to raise the motivation to learn from them. Their business is to invent technology, especially related to the Internet. Through innovation, companies gain competitive advantage with their competitors. To unify this strategy, they also recruited the above talent.
