Motivating Teachers to Use Tecnology

Students in today's classrooms can not understand the world without computers, video games, smartphones. These students are familiar with the technology when playing, learning, and communicating in the connected digital world. School administrators and course planners have realized that they must use technology to provide meaningful and attractive courses for all students to meet their world students. Schools will not continue to use standardized educational models that became common in the industrial economy of the 1900s (Jacob, 2013).

Today's teachers are overwhelmed by students who are not trained and who are lacking in motivation. How can we motivate our teachers to keep pursuing this profession? The teacher needs support! They did not teach responsibility for child rearing. Today's school must educate the children about school first, how to act at school, and how to manage spoiled and raised children who have been spoiled invincible and spoiled. My parents are not interested in what is going on at school. If school has a holiday, we will get 98% participation. We will have parents' gatherings and 5 people will participate. This is very irritating to the teacher. Excellent teachers work hard, use money, motivate students and do their utmost to help students succeed. But they are also people. For the benefit of the students, most teachers put their personal agendas aside. Unfortunately, most of them have to take a second job to meet their needs.

The problem is that there is no motivation for many students to learn. Even with a perfect curriculum plan, students who do not motivate will not learn. Some teachers insist that it is not their job to bring out the motivation of students. Understanding the content and teaching the content is the teacher's job; the student is responsible for his own learning and must find his motives. This old-fashioned idea limits the average of many teachers. A good teacher realizes that students' willingness to learn is a necessary condition to make learning succeed. And the teacher is in the best position to improve students' willingness to learn. Strategies useful for motivating students in the classroom are as follows.
