It is clear that millions of people around the world can use multiple languages ​​instead of their mother tongue. Some people are fluent in the second language (L2), but others can not. In recent years, the level of interest of researchers has grown very high, and why language learners can fluently use their second target language. They are proposing a process where one language may interfere in some way to affect the second language of learning.

Inter-language learning is the second language and language executed by a foreign language learner in the language learning process. In other words, interlanguage is an approximation system that learners use when learning other languages, neither native nor target languages. In inter-linguistic studies, a method of comparing L2 problems was added to SLA research in order to better understand the development of learner's language strategy, system change and so on.

According to the introduction of Corder (1981), an inter-language language was introduced to distinguish characteristics of the learner's native language and target language. In order to clarify the phenomenon of IL, Selinker (1974, page 131, Schumann and Stenson, 1974) introduced the concept of new rigidity to discuss the permanent nature of bilingual speech. He pointed out that Ellis (1986) explains the rigidity as a learner's process of stopping learning when the learner reaches a different rule from the L2 rule. Selinker (1974) explained that fossilization is a project and rules preserved by speakers in a specific target language in IL. Furthermore, Selinker (1974) added that fossils appeared to many language learners and inevitable. He called the fossil structure "error" or modified the target language form which is difficult to classify.

To explain this systematic error, we propose a concept between languages. Interlanguage is a new language system floating in the mind of the second language learner. The difference between learners' languages ​​is not an inappropriate version of the learning language that fills random errors, nor is it purely based on the first language of the learner. Instead, it is a language that itself has its own system rules. Most aspects of language, such as grammar, phonetics, vocabulary, pragmatics, can be seen from a language perspective.
