More money for palliative care? The economics of denial

It is widely believed that modern Western society is "death". This explanation the sociologist calls "rejection of death" first appeared in the literature of social science, psychology, and clinical medicine from 1955 to 1985. At the same time, the movement of hospice care and palliative care has developed and partially opposed to the Western culture which believes culture to deny death.
