The theme of Antigone in 2013 is the fight between political law and moral law; the difference in obeying the law is that it is legal and obeys its own morality as you think it is right. Antigone's role faced this struggle when Kryon refused to bury Antikone's Polykines brothers. The ancient Greeks believed that it was forbidden to enter the afterlife without proper burial. Through her own moral position
Beginning from the origin of Western philosophical thinking, people became interested in moral law. As Hume pointed out in his thesis, "morality is the theme that makes us happy" (David Hume's "Anthropology theory"). First, the idea of how to live is the problem of having the most satisfying life, "The Virtue of Managing Relationships between One Person and Others" (JB Schneewind's " Philosophy "). But having a lifestyle perspective is best for everyone.
Kant's responsibility system is based on special advantages and bad habits; these obligations are based on moral law, the highest principle of morality. According to Kant, the moral law highlights that it is an absolute command (CI) for incomplete and limited rational creatures such as us. All our responsibilities are based on this highest ethical principle. In the basic work, Kant described in detail some of his CI statements. A formula of universal law orders, "based on the saying that you can make it a universal law at the same time" (G. 4: 421). The universal natural law formula, "as if your motto motto was made by your will" (G. 4: 421). The last expression is the command itself. "So, whether it's yourself or someone else, it's always the last time, not just as a means, but as a use of human behavior" (G 4: 429)
According to Kant, the moral value of action depends on the will of that person, which is the only thing in the world that can be regarded as good if it is not qualified. Act in good faith according to ethical responsibility / legal measures. Moral law consists essentially of an absolute series of maxims - we are responsible for acting in accordance with absolute orders. Kant pointed out that a true moral proposition can not be tied to specific conditions, including the identity of the person making the decision. The Code of Ethics is not related to the specific physical details surrounding the proposition and should be applied to reasonable existence. According to Kant, we have a complete duty not to use maxims that lead to logical contradiction at first.
The moral system of Emmanuel Kant was built around the sorting order. Classification order is a universal and absolute ethical standard. These orders build moral ethics, or what Kant calls "moral order". According to him, they must be applied to all situations, every situation. The decision does not change according to the situation. The order of classification is an important feature of the Kant 's order and he believes that true morality depends only on the principle of guiding behavior, not depending on the final result. Kant thinks morality is absolute and proofable; the right thing can be determined by putting actions or maxims into the equation.
