Legislation of marijuana is one of the most controversial topics in today's American society. There are two opposite sides that have a strong position on whether it should be legal or should continue illegal. Personally, it is difficult to know why marijuana was first made illegal. After thoroughly investigating the pros and cons of doing legitimization of marijuana, I have not found a wise debate that is not easily rebuttered or refuted.
