monarchy

A form of the government where the supreme power belongs to a single, usually genetic character such as the king, whose authority can change from absolute tyrannical power to slanderous power.

The government system governed by one person is usually the king or the queen. The authority and kingship of the monarchy are usually inherited. Rulers and monarchs are usually heads of state, not government heads. Many monarchies such as the UK and Denmark are actually governed by Congress. Constitutional monarchy is also called limited monarchy or parliamentary monarchy. The most restricted parliamentary monarchy is called the Republic's coronation in terms of the power it can enjoy. In the constitutional monarchy, the power of the monarchy is restricted to the power prescribed in the Constitution. Unlike absolute power, constitutional supremacy is dominated by monarchs. Absolute power means that the governor has the right to act in a manner deemed appropriate without supervising or reviewing the act.

Constitutional monarchy is a monarchy in the form that sovereign owners exercise their powers based on written or unconstitutional constitution. Constitutional monarchy is different from absolute monarchy (the monarch has absolute power). Because the monarchy has to exercise its power within the limits established by the established legal framework. The constitutional monarchy comes from a country like Morocco and the Constitution gives sovereign power a lot of discretion, but in countries like Japan and Sweden the monarch does not hold official power .

Absolute monarchs are not bound by law and the constitutional monarchy is bound by their domestic constitutional law. In absolute monarchy, monarchs gain power through inheritance and marriage. In the constitutional monarchy, the prime minister is elected directly or indirectly. Unlike the absolute monarchy, the Constitutional Prime Minister exercises effective political power.

British politics is held in the framework of constitutional monarchy, where the monarch (Queen Elizabeth II) is the head of state and the prime minister is the leader of the British government. Monarchy is the oldest government agency in the UK. The British monarchy is considered the oldest of all modern constitutional monarchies (other countries including Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, Spain and Monaco). The majority of power once exercised by the monarch is now transferred to the minister. However, in some cases, the monarch reserves the right to exercise personal discretionary power due to issues such as appointment of Prime Minister and dissolution of Congress.
