Every day men, women and children are trafficked in and out of Moldova; some are willing to ship, some are fraudulent, others are kidnapped. Every day hundreds of people lose their freedom and become slaves of the will of the abuser. Although human trafficking in humans can be used for forced labor, the 2000 survey reported that one quarter of world trafficking is for sexual purposes. Sadly, in Moldova, trafficking for sexual behavior accounts for 80% of the total trafficking in the country, and 10% of the population in Moldova is trafficked.
Note: In this article, BBC reports on human trafficking in Moldova. This is one of the major exporters of trafficking. In fact, this report pointed out that Moldova is Europe's largest supplier in 2001. This is mainly due to the height of poverty in Moldova. As they are trapped as sex slaves, many people are eager to improve their situation and hence respond to the increase in work abroad. Note: This article will provide a comprehensive assessment of trafficking in Eastern Europe, especially Ukraine. It shows how the situation of trafficking in women in Eastern Europe markedly increased after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The focus of this article is on how the slave trade will continue as the international crime network on women's trafficking trafficking and traffickers are protected by local officials and involved in criminal activity.
Part of the film is truth, part of the investigation, sexual slavery against this most inhumane contemporary problem against human condition. From Moldova and the village of Ukraine to Turkish underground brothels and discos, many women are trafficked and forced to prostitute.
