On 4th August 1914, the German Parliament decided to support the mobilization of the war. Through this decision, they also announced "inner peace." That means Germany will unite to defend the country and set aside all the political differences. Many Germans are extremely satisfied with this decision and I believe that war will quickly and victoriously but as time goes on, frustration with the war and the German government is rising. This can be seen through various opinions of the beginning, middle and end of the war.
Historically, the main function of the Fascist regime was to maintain national preparation for war. The fascist noticed that the massive military mobilization during World War I rapidly blurred the boundary between civilians and combatants. Utilizing these experiences, the fascist rulers worked hard to create an enthusiastic nationalist culture "military personnel", and all citizens had military duties during the war including actual combat I was ready to take over.
World War II was not the first opportunity for America to mobilize that war in the 20th century. The expansion of the war in Europe since 1914 eventually caused the United States to participate in the First World War (1914 - 1918) in 1916. Prior to World War I, there was a small government with very limited authority in the United States, but the business leaders of that country must enter and mobilize the First World War. In particular, Congress established the National Defense Advisory Committee (NDAC) including a corporate advisor to guide mobilization. Industry and financial leaders know that the government has to expand for the war, but I hope the size of the government will not change permanently. The same approach will be used in World War II to prevent governments from growing beyond military service. Therefore, NDAC promoted the establishment of industry associations to lead the military procurement program.
The rapid mobilization of the country during World War I showed that the military and naval base and the community near the training camp needed more appropriate entertainment. The National Defense Committee and the War Department Training Camp Activities Committee asked the playground and entertainment association to assist the establishment of a national organization to provide battlefield entertainment projects. The Association established the War Camp Community Service (WCCS) to provide recreational activities for military and civilians using hundreds of community recreational resources near military camps.
