I. Introduction GIS is essentially a mature data-intensive technology. Promotes massive geospatial and nonspatial data. Over time, the size of this data will be large enough to limit a single organization to maintain and process such a huge amount of data. In addition, GIS applications consume large amounts of computing resources such as processing, memory and storage, and perform operational operations on these vast amounts of data. These applications usually include data collection and preprocessing from multiple sources, followed by detailed spatial analysis [1].

Mobile computing / cloud computing: Large enterprises making business decisions based on intelligent data analysis, in particular, require high demands based on mobile solutions. All of these are stored in the cloud and mobile devices play an important role in providing real-time services to consumers while taking advantage of this data's capabilities. From feature phones to the smart phone era, I've been watching the mobile world, but I was surprised how it changed human lives. Now, we communicate in flash, trade quickly, buy what you need in one click, enjoy entertainment in the time and place you want, bring our love to our intimate people, I do not experience it for myself. More imaginable through this powerful device

Cloud computing has been extended over the Internet using remote computing technology. Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is a technology that leverages this cloud computing in mobile applications. There are many restrictions on increasing the computing power of mobile phones. It must be optimized for battery, size, and weight. Of all these limitations, creating a powerful application is very complicated. When you create an application, the application you do not want to create the most is too heavy to run on any mobile device. This is where Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is useful. The MCC model performs resource-intensive tasks on the Internet using cloud computing and provides a wider range of functions with minimal mobile resource stress.

Mobile cloud computing is a blend of cloud computing, wireless networking, and mobile computing, designed to provide enhanced computing resources to network operators, computing providers, and mobile users. Cloud computing emphasizes the advancement of technology. Over the past few years, the cloud has improved significantly due to increased dependency on cloud technology usage and improved mobility. This is due to the development of new technology called mobile cloud. The development of the mobile cloud is the result of the rapid development of the cloud field and the availability of skilled mobile devices in the market. Cloud computing has evolved to provide room for growth in the mobile cloud era as it grows in demand, with continuous access to cloud-based services and applications from all mobile devices including tablets and smartphones .
