Sexual violence is an urgent social problem and victims of sexual assault must cope with physical and psychological outcome (Welch & Mason, 2007). Contrary to the general idea, perpetrators of sexual assault are rarely strangers, but the victims know and trust (Eichenberg, Becker-Fischer, & Fischer, 2010; Mason & Lodrick, 2013). It is worth noting that sexual assault does not necessarily involve violence (Mason & Lodrick, 2013). The findings also indicate that sex offenders are more likely to target those with mental health problems (Campbell, Keegan, Cybulska, & Forster, 2007; Creighton & Jones, 2012).

Sexual assault is a widespread crime in our society and has a devastating long-term impact on people of all walks of life. Although the attack itself can cause trauma, it may cause a series of problems to the victim, such as acute and chronic mental health problems, physical injuries, pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases (STI). Assistance will be provided to the victim immediately after it occurs. The community should also strive to prevent criminals from taking responsibility for their actions and to prevent further sexual violence. The response elements are usually as follows.
When I was young, people in our community are impressed, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, bullying, drugs, alcoholism, sorrow, poverty, isolation, mental health problems, suicide. I am on a daily basis with related matters as a child (I had it before). Everyone feels the pain, but no one is talking about it. So, I built HJC. Since no one is pleased else, I made it. I made it because I needed it when I was young. I built a child who has no place to rely on for all the children I know to grow. I made it for those who did not know they needed it. As I was young, we still made it because all the problems we had encountered in local and larger communities still existed.
