In general, the first eleven years of travel will attend a university in Boston, Massachusetts until a training program to learn summer stay. I live in campus, including Upward Bound students from America attending Boston Public School. These students have a similar economic background, but they come from different cultures.

Google Summer Code (GSoC) is an annual program funded by Google to encourage students to create open source software. Every year, Google chooses a coaching organization. Students pair up with the mentor organization to complete the project. The coding period is 3 months, during which the student will make three evaluations. Items are listed under each organization you select. To narrow the scope of the list of organizations, use tags associated with each organization. For example, the organization of the Sustainable Computing Research Group (SCORE) is a cloud, Blockchain, moving Node.js as a label. This provides a quick filtering option for students to select the best organization.

The new employee coaching program is designed to allow new recruits to adapt quickly to organizations. More experienced coaching staff in the new plan (disciples) and new plans, a pair of organizations (mentors) to get information, good examples and advice, when they go forward. A newly hired employee who has paired with an instructor is claimed to be twice as likely to get the job as compared to a case where it is not so. These leadership relationships provide substances for career development and benefit teachers and disciples. For example, Mentor demonstrates leadership by returning to your job and possibly updating. Organization Because they are led by experienced members, employees are gradually introduced and receive and shape the organization's culture and operations

The mission of iLab is to "provide resources for Harvard students interested in entrepreneurship and innovation". Regardless of the development discipline and stage, design, support, knowledgeable lecturers and staff not only provide space but also a powerful program for those who are interested in their business ideas and student development By offering ILAB. This is probably the most common element of the global Innovation Lab. The combination of open layout and removable furniture is designed to provide users with choices. The choice means having an agent and benefits in the workplace environment. This allows people to make their environment the most suitable for their work style. Teams and individuals can also move freely between personal work and cooperative work.
