Mirror neurons are neurons that respond to target-directed behaviors performed by themselves or others (Ward, 2010). Mirror neurons are named like this because structures existing in the brain are activated when performing certain actions or when performing another action (Goolkasian, 2009). Giacomo Rizzolatti and colleagues observed the mirror neurons for the first time. In the early 1990's, when monkeys picked up different objects, they were looking at neurons in the premotor.

IACOBONI: I actually became interested in mirror neurons. Mr. Giacomo Rizzolatti and his team wanted to extend the study of mirror neurons using human brain imaging and therefore we found us at the UCLA Brain Atlas Center. Mirror neurons are very interesting, but I must admit that I do not believe it. We are the start of mirror neuron science. The properties of these neurons are amazing, and I seriously thought about the possibility that they are experimental items. In 1998, I visited Rizzolatti laboratory in Parma, observed their experiments and discoveries, and talked with anatomists who are studying whole-body anatomy. At that time, I intuitively discover the mirror neurons will revolutionize the way of thinking about the brain and ourselves.

Our brain has a cellular interconnection network called the Mirror Neuron System (MNS), discovered by neuroscientist Giacomo Rizzolatti and colleagues at the University of Palma. These neurons work like mirrors - reflecting the tone of the body language, expressions, and the potential feelings emanating from people around them. Then these reflections will give you the same emotional and energetic expression. As a leader of organizations, partners, parents, friends, and community members, regardless of whether we understand it or not, it is a role model for others. The emotions and energetic tones that we are communicating are drawn from people around us and transmitted. Basically, the virus you have will spread to your colleagues, important people, children and friends. What kind of pain does the virus you have?

You reflect emotions ... Italian neuroscientist Giacomo Rizzolatti (and colleagues) came up with the concept of "mirror neuron" - when you see a person taking an action, your brain Will cause the same behavior Neurons When your conversation smiles, part of your brain will smile
