Four Internship Experiences: Three months after the operation and management activities during the internship period, I switched all entry level positions in the domestic administrative department. If I am finding a job in the first few months and am planning to adjust to a new hotel or department after two months, I will be confident that I will turn to a job other than management within the department I can do it. The more emphasis is on acquiring skills and establishing relationships between roles at the core of the business.

Henry Mintzberg understands this and systematically summarizes the role of management within the book "Management: Our Odd Organizational World" published in 1990. Since then, not only MIT Ph.D. and international internationally acknowledged scholars, business and management scholars continue to emphasize the importance of practical application of business theory. Mintzberg insists that management is more artistic than science. This is evident in a very practical and applicable model outlining the role of 10 management.

Modern management thinker Hennery Mintzberg has done a lot of research on the various roles played by managers. According to him, the role is "a group of organizational actions belonging to identifiable positions or positions." The manager also plays a different role so that the character in the play plays a specific role. Through his investigation, Mintzberg has identified 10 roles that the manager plays to varying degrees at various times. He divided them into three categories: the role of interpersonal relationship, the role of information, and the role of decision-making. Figure 2.3 shows 10 roles by category and examples of each role.
