"Minority Report" will be held in Washington, DC in 2054 with the SF movie of 2002, supervised by famous director Steven Spielberg. This movie is developed mainly by Elite's law enforcement team Precrime. Precrime Division uses three genetically engineered people called Pre-Cogs which have special authority to predict the future and forecast crime in advance. After predicting and analyzing each crime, the pre-criminal police were sent to the crime scene, arrested future murderers and arrested them.
