Your salary must be at least 85% of the minimum wage when you are a full time student at a retail store, service shop, agriculture or college.

If you are a full time student you can obtain a certificate from the Department of Labor allowing you to pay more than 85% of the minimum wage by hiring your employer. Certificates also limit the amount of time you can work: 8 hours a day, 20 hours or less per week at school, 40 hours from school, and certificates comply with all child labor laws I will ask the employer.

If you are under 20 years old, your minimum wage will be $ 4.25 per hour for the first 90 calendar days working with your employer, unless your work can replace other workers.
