Minimization of World Conflict Through Trade and Business

The relationship between economic globalization and conflict, the possibility of war between two or more countries has caused widespread concern among many political scientists. The transition from the 20th century to the 21st century is an era when the world experiences harmony due to the reduction of conflict. In a globalized economy, countries around the world can interact and manage freely with their business within a common market. I believe that when the country learns to depend economically, they form a permanent relationship.

Together, the United States and the European Union account for 60% of world GDP, 33% of world trade in goods, 42% of world trade in services. There are many trade disputes between the two major powers, but both depend on each other 's economic market, and the conflict is only 2% of the total trade. The free trade zone between the two is the largest regional free trade agreement in history, accounting for 46% of world GDP. US investment in the EU is three times that of the whole Asian continent and the EU's investment in the United States is eight times the total investment of the EU to India and China. It is estimated that the relocation to the domestic market accounts for one-third of the total transatlantic trade. The United States and the European Union are the largest trading partners in most other countries of the world, accounting for one-third of the world's trade flow.

The EU is taking a trade policy to support world trade held for the world's richest and the poorest countries for all 27 member countries. As the world's largest trader, the EU is a member of the World Trade Organization. Strength is to help organizations develop bilateral trade regulations, trade liberalization and sustainable growth. The European Union will endeavor to maintain a more just and stable international trade system through the World Trade Organization (European Commission, 2013).

There are many conflicts between trade and the environmental system. The ozone system is trying to establish trade restrictions on ozone depleting substances as it contradicts the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO) which prohibits trade restrictions based on non-product related processes and manufacturing methods. . If the regime is institutionalized in the document or evolves over time, the system may be contradictory (3). Collisions within civil society systems and civil society systems can hinder democratic outcomes depending on the type of leverage that states, civil society organizations and other stakeholders bring to the political process. Both decisions are often the result of inconsistencies between groups and regime.
