A few years ago I read Carol Dweck's book "Mindset". It teaches several incredible principles about emotional intelligence and soft skills. The main principle is to concentrate on maintaining "fixed thinking" of "growth thinking". In many cases, we have opportunities to learn, grow and change. It is important to improve yourself, concentrate on changing or accusing others. People with a fixed mind think that intelligence aspires to be static and smart, but people with a growing mind think that intelligence develops and motivates to learn. As a result, we have a fixed philosophy at an early stage, we can not fully demonstrate its potential ability, and those who are thinking about growth have reached a higher level of achievement.
