In Chapter 2, Mill looked at the issue of whether people should be allowed to force or restrict the expression of others' opinions, either through the government or through themselves. In the Statue of Liberty, Mill wrote: "In the world ... People who choose his life plan for him do not need other abilities, not imitations of humans. When all his talent develops his actual deliberative ability and enjoy their movement, he gets pride, it is the basis of good and good life.
