One of the basic principles of midwives is the relationship between the midwife and the woman she takes care of (Guilliland & Pairman, 2010; Kirkman, 2010; Pairman, 2006, Leap & Pairman, 2010). This relationship is one partnership. Enhancement and enrichment of women's ability to empower and empower women and mothers through companionship and support for autonomous independence of women during pregnancy and childbirth (Guilliland & Pairan, 1995; McCourt & Stevens, 2005; Siddiqui 1991 Year; 1991, Keatz Rothman, Leap & Pairman since 1991, 2010).
According to the 2008 Nursing Midwifery Commission (NMC), the patient's name has been changed to protect the identity. Alex is a male patient in his forties and is currently receiving treatment at a mental hospital. In order to communicate with Alex, trusted relationships must first be established as he is suffering from paranoia schizophrenia. His average day rolled in a ball on a small armchair, being aware of everyone and everything around him, being conscious of everything around him. My goal is to make trust between us so that I can approach Alex in the same way every shift and to help me when I need it. During the placement period, a relationship of trust between Alex and I began to form, but now he is brought for tension and anxiety, so I will take him to the restaurant I will help. group
In this task, we will discuss and analyze the care given to 85-year old female patients during the 4-week hospital internship. In order to fully comply with the Code of Conduct (2008) of the Nursing Midwife Commission (NMC) Committee (NMC), the patient gave verbal and complete consent to use personal clinical information in this case study. To ensure patient anonymity, the patient is called Rose (Swift) throughout the assignment process. Chapelhow et al. (2005) point out that there are several promoters that form the basis of care that Ross accepts in order to make beginners an expert. They are communication, evaluation, management risks, documentation, decision-making and management uncertainty. For the purpose of this task, I will explain factors related to assessment and communication related to care received by Rose.
