Middle East

The population of the Middle Eastern culture is Arab, Iranian, Iraqi, Pakistani, Egyptian, Saudi Arabian and many other nationalities. The most common religion seen in the Middle East is Muslims. However, not all Middle East are Muslims, there are other religions such as Christianity and Jews. There are over 7 million Muslims in the United States and over 5 billion people in the world. Many conservative Middle Eastern Muslims do not eat pork or drink alcohol.

Note: The Middle East is an ambiguously defined geographic area, and the listed countries are often considered part of the Middle East. While these Middle Eastern countries are part of the Asian continent, Egypt is part of Africa and the northwestern part of Turkey (Orange) is part of the European continent. The term "Middle East" has been applied traditionally by Western European people to South-West Asia and Northeast African countries in Afghanistan, Pakistan, India. Cyprus, Asia, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Arabia (Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) Egypt and Libya. This region is located between Europe and East Asia (traditionally known as the Far East region).

Introduction Jordan is located in the Middle East and is the Arab country bordering Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Israel.
