Abstract: The following survey is aimed at making readers understand how Microsoft and Sony have evolved into the company over the years. In this survey, joint efforts by two large companies are introduced, and the development of the game industry is expected. Microsoft and Sony's environment, company, and leadership styles keep the company at the forefront of technology. However, the difference between the two companies and their corporate philosophy is interesting that companies begin to mark their markets in the market.

Microsoft is a multinational computer technology company. Microsoft was founded on 4th April 1975 by Bill Gates and Paul Allen of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently the most selling products are Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office productivity software suite, Xbox, various entertainment games, music and video, Bing, various search engines. In 1980, Microsoft and IBM established a partnership to bundle Microsoft's operating system with IBM's computer, through which IBM paid royalties to Microsoft for each sale. In 1985, IBM asked Microsoft to develop a new operating system called OS / 2 for their computers. Microsoft has manufactured the operating system, but it also continues to sell its own alternatives found to compete directly with OS / 2. Sales of Microsoft Windows eventually disagree with OS / 2

In 1980, Microsoft partnered with IBM and bundled Microsoft's operating system "DOS" on IBM's computer. In addition to paying royalties for each sale, Microsoft continued to sell its own version. When the IBM PC made its debut, Microsoft was the only company that offered operating systems, programming languages, and applications for new computers. By 1983, Microsoft recorded $ 55 million in sales and was recognized as the most influential software company.
