Since the first year, my educational philosophy has definitely changed. Before I started I saw a wonderful dream of changing lots of lives and helping students become the best people. After the first few months of my work I noticed that it was difficult to achieve my dreams. The beginning of reality, my view has changed forever. I always do A and work hard, why do not even my students pick up a pencil, or be careful if they pass by. What are these children thinking? ! Why are they not worried? Why only me is what I have done so far. Over time, I noticed that the basic idea I had can be the same, but I need to change my expectations for my daily education. According to my experience, I have dealt with many skill levels. I have great expectations for all the students. Lower grades students are no exception. I think that all of my students have high learning ability, but they do not make full use of their abilities. As for "ability level", I found that it is another way to identify students who are less motivated than other students. Laziness is an important element I have met, so my goal is to motivate. I will not teach my course in a different way, but the kids know my expectation of the first day, and in the end they think that they will work for essential motives rather than external rewards I think. For technology, operation, and various learning methods, I try to include everything in each class. However, according to NCLB standards, I had to teach from books that did not accomplish the activities, so developing them has become more difficult. Team work and personal time may also cause problems during class. I am doing excellent classroom management, but still it is necessary to assign roles to people in the group so that students can definitely complete the task. It would be easier to evaluate their performance if they know exactly their role within the group. Over the next few years, I hope my idea will be further changed by country / state standards, school standards and expectations, and future generations of children. I hope that I can grow according to my own experiences every year until I finally achieve my goal of changing my student life in a way that I can not imagine.
