Bill McLaren Jr. v. Microsoft Company Profile In the United States, there is usually freedom of fun and expression. This concept derives from the guiding principle of the founder of the new country. The foundation was founded as a safe haven for oppression and the right to live on your own. "Constitutional amendment" further outlines specific freedom and freedom that people in this new country should expect. One of the expectations of many people is that they should have privacy.

The article I selected talked about Microsoft monopoly. The Federal Court of Appeals recently overturned the court's order to dissolve Microsoft. However, it supports the judge's decision that Microsoft violated some antitrust laws and required the company to use their operating system. By reversing the lower court ruling, this will allow Microsoft to put more services into their new operating system. Currently, online services, instant messaging, media recording and playback are integrated into a new Microsoft program. Fearing that competitors could take it back to the court, Microsoft abandoned some of the controls that we plan to include in the new software program.

Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear discussions from lawsuits that exemplify the growing problem in the Internet era. This case is US v. Microsoft Corp. and is commonly known as Microsoft Ireland litigation. I will participate in the discussion. The case began in 2013 when the US Department of Justice asked Microsoft for the transfer of e-mail stored in the Ireland data center.
