"This is Michelangelo's victory against the toxic architect Bramante who linked Pope Julius to Michelangelo's tomb design.Bermant envies Michelangelo's sacred skill and this victory - Aborted Grave Project - the Pope's duty to the Sistine Chapel I would like to add another mural painting by Michelangelo, but this project will take years to complete his wonderful sculpture.Bermante thinks Michelangelo is less familiar with sculpture than paintings. In 1505, Pope Julius II reminded Michelangelo to Rome and asked him to design the tomb of Julius himself. Due to an oral argument between Julius and Michelangelo and many other demands on the time of the artist, Michelangelo made Moses' sculpture for the tomb, but the project never was completed. The new Pope Leo X then asked Michelangelo to reproduce the appearance of the San Lorenzo church in Florence. The plan was eventually abandoned but it marked the beginning of Michelangelo's activity as an architect. Michelangelo also designed the monuments of Giuliano and Lorenzo de Medici at the Medici church in San Lorenzo.
Michelangelo returned to Florence around 1519 and began designing the tomb of Medici for the new sacred instruments of San Lorenzo. In this project, Michelangelo needed to build two tombs across the wide room. Duke of Urbino Lorenzo de'Medici made a tomb and the other was made by Giuliano de 'Medici, the Duke of Nemour. These tombs designed by Michelangelo are different from the tombs of Florence. In 1534, Michelangelo returned to Rome and did not return to Florence. According to the record he decided to leave his beloved city forever for his hostility towards Duke Alessandre de 'Medici. As I entered Rome, Michelangelo felt better and relied on the support and love of Pope Clement VII. Just before the Pope 's death, Michelangelo was asked to make a final decision on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
