About the theory of planning and planning practice: Michael P. Brooks, FAICP, Brooks thinks there are some flaws in the past planning theory. In the early 1980s, advertisements appeared in the mid-1960s and the 1970s, rationality dominated the gradualism during the period after World War II and the latter half of the 1950s to the early 1960s.
