Methodology of Encouraging Diversity in the Fire Service

The diversity of the methodology to promote the diversity of fire service is explained in various ways by various people. Therefore, depending on who talks about diversity it is difficult to achieve it. Some people think that everyone is diverse, so they will be diverse no matter who is in the workforce. Some people think diversity is a mixture of age, gender, race, skin color, faith, religion, and so on. It is more difficult to please people who regard this view as diversity.

In 2011, I met the full science and liberal arts experience that encourages reading, writing and participation in the discussion of Young India Scholarship. It reveals me by proposing contradictory ideas, encouraging independent thought, and achieving better self-evaluation. This bridged the gap that occurred during my school education and played an important role in my career. Since the persuasive power of visual communication and creativity can bring about major changes in the world mechanism, the importance of comprehensive and free education among designers is required. It provides me the conditions necessary for intelligent and creative stimulation to become more creative people.

RELA recruits its own academic papers and discusses various topics, perspectives, and traditional adult education and learning. It encourages diversity of theory and methodology and submission from non-English speakers. All articles published at RELA will receive rigorous peer review based on the two selected moments. It is a double-blind peer review by the first editorial screening and at least two anonymous reviewers. Clear and concise

Like the youth program in the fire department, it is as diverse and unique as the volunteer fire department. Although there are no domestic standards, there are many guidance and general recommendations for building an excellent youth service plan for fire fighting.
