The conversation in the first part of The Stranger is very simple. Kamu did not directly explain the actions of Meursaults and the correspondence to the incident. Instead, the reader can find abnormal emphasis on the setting and physical aspects of events and roles in the first part. Meursault is completely controlled and consciously recognizes his indifference to social events. It is the fundamental attitude of Meursaults to authority and social norm that challenges him. To prove that Meursault can behave freely like him, he must not accept that he can not grieve by the death of his mother.
The strangers crowned by Albert were mainly about Mercow's life. As some have mentioned, Mersault is a strange and innocent person. With the choice he made and his natural way he became a man who did not care about anything. The ontology plays an important role in the coronation of the story, as Mersault has little emotion or regret it once. Mercow's life is absurd. This led to the word emptiness, and he did not find any meaning in life. To understand the uprising of Hersault, we must first understand what his personality is portrayed by Camus. The beginning of the novel is a short sentence "Today my mother died, or maybe yesterday, I am not sure." I feel a life. He likes feeling like a towel in the bathroom. He likes to eat, drink, and tobacco. He likes to see the sea and the sky
Albert's "stranger" probably began with the death of his mother. Her son Mersou is uncertain. He also married, forgot the concept of God and repentance, and other social systems. According to social law, this is the reason for executing him for unnecessary murder. Mersault discovered that he was tried and eventually will die because of his personality, not for the behavior he was committed. Society is a human interaction and a collection of ideas, the community needs to worry about the afterlife, confess its bad behavior, and mourn for human death. However, Mersault believes that it is different and does not comply with social norms. Instead, his behavior and life are like animals. Merso tried to survive in a society not suitable for him. He tried to obey his rules, but such animals will never be trained. As society never understood him, Mersault did not understand he was an outsider, he always did.
