Mercury plan is the first attempt by the United States for humans to send out to space. It started in 1958. This project has three main objectives to surround manned spacecraft on earth, observe human behavior in space, and safely restore spacecraft and its crew. Mercury plans to do manned flight six times between 1961 and 1963. After the Soviet launch the first satellite "artificial satellite", the United States decided to launch the space program. Because they did not want to beat Communists.
There are six manned space programs in the United States. The first one is the Mercury project that began in 1961. The current plan is the International Space Station plan. Meanwhile, I saw Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, Space Shuttle. This is the second part of the series, focusing on the project Mercury. If America wants to win the space competition, it will need the most talented workers it can find. They came from America and other countries. These workers bring a lot of skills. They will also promise that the US will help defeat the Soviet Union to land on the moon. Ironically, some people are refugees from the Nazi Army. At the end of World War II, the US and Russian troops are looking for German scientists at the heart of a successful Nazi missile plan for the Europe devastated in war. America and Russia have the same goal - Let's work these scientists for their own space program
Apollo was invented during the Eisenhower administration in the early 1960s as a follow-up to the Mercury plan used as a space shuttle through the space station orbiting the Earth or as a flight flying around the moon. NASA continues the Apollo project, but planning funding is definitely far from being considered if Eisenhower's contradictory attitude towards manned space flight is considered. As a senator, Kennedy always wants to oppose the space program and end it. During the establishment of Cheong Wa Dae, Kennedy elected to hire Eisenhower's last scientific advisor, Jerome Wisner as the president's president's science advisory committee chairman. Wisner is strongly opposed to human exploration and has published reports that are highly criticizing the Mercury program.
In 1960 and early in the Eisenhower administration the Apollo plan was considered to follow up on the Mercury plan. And it was a plan to send the first American astronaut to the universe. The Apollo spacecraft can carry three astronauts, but Mercury capsules can only support one astronaut. NASA's manager Abe Silverstein nominated that program to Greek light and music god; he later promised John F. Kennedy to explore the universe and missile defense in that field in November 1960 Said. After being superior to the Soviet Union, he was elected president. Despite Kennedy's promise, if he becomes President, he will not immediately approve the Apollo program. He knows some technical details, but he is also late because of the huge financial promises.
