MENU PROJECT

You use food vocabulary to prepare Spanish menu. The completed menu must contain the following items.

Your menu must be decorated; you must use computer graphics. Your menu should be open at least 2 pages (front and back). You must use a program like MICROSOFT WORD PUBLISHER under MENUS and create a booklet or booklet. You may be as creative as you want!

During the FCI, students who cook must organize menu items centered on the theme we chose. We completed these projects in about a month and a half and converted them into something like cooking mini paper during Level It. My project is based on Venezuelan cuisine. Venezuela is in a bitter position in my mind. This is the country where my parents were born and is the place I love but in the past 12 years the political situation has declined and poverty and crime are rampant. In every respect, it is not a place in my memory. I was afraid of hurting good memories of my heart so I avoided going back years ago.
