Mentorship and Becoming an Adult

I think one of the mentors is my best friend Shamara. She made me experience a lot and had a great influence on my life, I think she is a mentor. She led me through the layers; no matter how hard the situation was, she stood every minute of my day. She continues to propose her advice and always helped me make the right decision so that I could continue to pursue my dream of becoming an accountant so that I can grow up to adulthood.

Let's talk about what I call "guidance". The guidance between ancient Greek men is basically the love between the old man and the young adult male. Essentially, older men will find young, attractive men (usually men who have just come out of puberty), and they will fall in love. An elderly man is responsible for educating a young man how to become a man. He was also asked to approach him. At the end of this relationship, this young man is global now, physically, morally, mentally and psychologically perfectly mature, to serve as his own family first I can.

As an educator for more than 10 years, I thought that being a mentor for young men would be beneficial. And give them the opportunity to openly share their thoughts and emotions without judgment. As an adult male, it is our total responsibility to be a model of mentor and role, so volunteers to organizations providing guidance to boys and young people is a great way to participate. I volunteered to participate in brothers and sisters.

Coaching is the key to the success of startup and I think that finding the right guidance is not always easy. I also believe it is important to distinguish free individual tutorials and tutorials for compensation. Guidance is subject to extensive discussion, but focus is often on lessons learned, little attention has been paid to the process of finding guidance and making full use of it. Until recently I had little understanding of the role of mentors, how to acquire mentors, and how to use mentors effectively. However, in the past few months I not only gained valuable instructors, but also began teaching others. These experiences are the greatest gift in life and I am pleased to share my story. I am somewhat skeptical, but I am not a fan of the year-end and new year's resolution. It seems ridiculous to wait for the New Year if you want to do something.
