In this article, I will explain the main activation function required by instructors (Morton-Cooper and Palmer, 2005). I will analyze various ways to use these favorable characteristics as a mentor to influence the 3rd grade guidance at the emergency hospital psychiatric hospital. The paper will be supported by the relevant educational theory. Finally, I will review and evaluate the performance as a mentor. Mentoring is an important role that can become an official or informal job as a nurse in a career.
Coincidentally, I am a mental health nurse in an adult acute psychiatric ward. Among many other mental health problems, I have found that many patients suffer from depression in the workplace every day. Therefore, at the peak of my recent depression, I realized that myself was a service user of mental health services. This is a surreal experience. I have explored this topic in more detail in the following article, recently published in an invisible illness: I am not a very worried individual, but lucky. Therefore, this allows us to think mainly against repeated thoughts about all that I do and I do as much as I can do. Even in the face of overwhelming adversity in most aspects of life, I am also an optimist when my mental health is stable. Intimate people say to me that I am always looking for a solution rather than paying attention to this problem.
Most mild psychiatric disorders are managed by your family doctor. However, patients called psychiatrists are more likely to be managed at home through mental health services in the area, or if they are hospitalized in an acute psychiatric ward, they will be discharged after a short stay. Many previous long-term hospitalized patients have been discharged with varying degrees of support and supervision. This series of articles will introduce the principles and practices for managing mental health problems.
