Mental Illness and Mass Shooting

You can hear a series of shots fired at close range. I saw ambulances, police cars, fire engines running on the street, a warning bell sounded and warned people to leave in a hurry. Then people saw the people running roughly in the street. The tinnitus sound is full of air. Their eyes are full of tears and fears of fear. They seem to be running for their lives.
